Keystone Solutions is seeking a Consultant for Facilities Management to work on-site at a client location. This consultancy mission involves leading the structuring of a new Real Estate & Facilities department within the General Affairs Directorate. The role is crucial in enhancing the coherence of real estate and logistical activities, clarifying responsibilities, and improving service quality for teams and members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive diagnostic of the current organization and operational modes.
- Analyze existing analyses and work done by various teams in charge of real estate and facilities.
- Understand the usage of different spaces and buildings.
- Identify dysfunctions, overlaps, and unmet needs.
- Define a target organization by clarifying the scope, roles, and responsibilities of the department.
- Structure real estate and facilities activities and define interfaces with other departments and stakeholders.
- Formalize processes and operational rules, mapping key processes and defining associated responsibilities.
- Develop a coherent real estate strategy by analyzing occupancy and performance of various sites.
- Formulate recommendations regarding acquisition, disposal, or optimization of properties.
- Support transformation by defining and implementing a change management approach.
- Assist teams in adapting to new operational modes and adjust mechanisms based on feedback.

Profile Requirements:
- Master's degree in management sciences, real estate, engineering, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in organizational consulting, real estate management, facilities management, or organizational transformation.
- Proven experience in leading transformation projects and change management.
- Good understanding of issues related to workspaces, shared places, and their governance.
- Knowledge of the social economy, cooperatives, or third places is an asset.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of Dutch and English is preferred.
