IT Incident Manager
Job Description:
Mission Overview:
Our client is seeking an IT Incident Manager to enhance their crisis management, business continuity management, and cyber incident management in compliance with the NIS2 directive. This consultancy mission will be carried out on-site, representing Keystone Solutions, where you will be instrumental in developing key deliverables for managing IT incidents and crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and provide methodological guidance for the operationalization of crisis management, business continuity management, and cyber incident management.
- Assist in identifying critical IT infrastructures, assets, and dependencies based on ongoing Business Impact Analyses (BIA).
- Develop methodologies, processes, models, and supporting documentation related to crisis management, business continuity management, incident and crisis analyses, stakeholder management, redundancy mechanisms, and crisis exercises.
- Guide services in the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and the operationalization of crisis and continuity processes.
- Support the program manager and CISO in prioritizing various deliverables and formulating pragmatic improvement proposals.
- Identify IT needs regarding crisis readiness and analyze their opportunity, feasibility, and cost.
- Consider future merger trajectories with relevant organizations, focusing on reusability, transferability, and harmonization of processes, documentation, and measures.
- Collaborate with involved services, suppliers, and external partners to support the practical implementation of proposed measures.
Required Profile:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in crisis management.
- At least 6 years of experience in incident management.
- At least 6 years of experience in business continuity management, including BIA, BCP, DRP, and crisis exercises.
- Knowledge of NIS2, CyFun, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
Additional Assets:
- Experience in identifying critical infrastructures, assets, and dependencies.
- Experience with crisis and continuity requirements for critical ICT suppliers.
- Experience within complex organizations, government organizations, or regulated environments.
- Experience with organizational changes, merger processes, or process harmonization.
- Experience within the federal government or social security.
