Mission Overview:
Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant to deliver a Business Analyst KYC Automation mission with our client in the life insurance sector. As part of our consultancy model, you will work closely with the client's Life Insurance division, supporting their Business Change & Monitoring initiatives to accelerate the automation and digitalization of AML/KYC processes. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team specialized in individual and collective life insurance, including actuaries, business analysts, and testers, to support portfolio migration projects and commercial development projects. This position is delivered through Keystone Solutions as a consultancy engagement, operating on-site or in a hybrid setup at the client, while being supported by Keystone Solutions' internal community of experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Keystone Solutions consultant working with our client, you will execute the following responsibilities under our consultancy model, working closely with the client's stakeholders:
- Analysis
- Analyze KYC processes and data management.
- Define associated requirements and formalize them according to defined quality standards.
- Identify the process and data impacts of the KYC process.
- Ensure understanding between the business and IT.
- Testing
- Prepare and execute process and calculation tests.
- Monitoring
- Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams.
- Provide regular reporting on the progress of your activities.
- Ensure effective collaboration with numerous stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) and develop a trustful relationship with your clients and suppliers.
Your Profile:
- KYC Knowledge
- Understanding of regulatory obligations (KYC, AML, etc.) and their application in the context of life insurance.
- Familiar with identity verification processes, etc.
- Process and Business Analysis
- Proven successful experience as a Business Analyst.
- Familiar with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
- Knowledge of the contract lifecycle and the high-level value chain of a life insurance company.
- Ability to identify various business processes that could serve as triggers for recertification.
- Ability to map, analyze, and propose improvements to existing KYC processes.
- Critical thinking and ability to challenge expressed needs.
- Ability to translate business needs into language understandable by technical teams, without having to write technical specifications.
- Detail-oriented while capable of finding the effective level of abstraction based on context.
- IT / Data
- Familiar with various data constraints.
- Familiar with service-oriented architectures (APIs, microservices).
- Understanding of automation solutions.
- Able to act as a bridge between Business and IT.
- Interpersonal Skills (to support change management)
- Clear and structured communication with various stakeholders (Business, IT, Compliance).
- Willingness to collaborate with teams: facilitating co-creation workshops and workshops aimed at capturing business needs.
- Strong commitment to project quality and deadlines. A can-do attitude and flexibility.

- University degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the life/banking insurance sector.
- Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Autonomous and proactive in finding solutions to obtain necessary information.
- Structured, organized (good priority management), and pragmatic.
- Strong adaptability and learning ability.
