Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Business Analyst Tester, you will join our client’s Business Solutions team, supporting business entities such as marketing, sales, and operations. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, delivering value through our consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management within business solutions and across the organization
• Conception and mastering of solutions, including ideation and requirements gathering
• Driving delivery of solutions implemented in IT departments
• Testing, delivery, and support of solutions
• Managing relationships within and outside the organization
• Acting as the single point of contact for users: providing support, answering questions, analyzing and classifying requests (improvements, bugs, process adaptations)
• Participating in the development of testing strategies: creating test plans based on project requirements and organizing data structuring
• Setting up reporting systems to monitor test progress and validate adaptations
• Executing tests on existing Non-Life Broker systems and applications, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensuring quality delivery and tracking application issues (bugs)
• Acquiring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new applications, related claims portfolio applications, and business procedures

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management, or equivalent experience
• Quick learner with strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Willingness to learn and understand complex applications
• Well-organized with effective priority management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with regular reporting, as well as being a team player and good communicator
• Understanding of business non-life processes and products (2-5 years)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance (IARD)
• Experience in application testing, writing test case scenarios, and “Note de gestion” (2-5 years)
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint (2-5 years)
• Ability to create and execute test plans and scenarios
• Interest in new technologies and communication tools
• Business analyst experience (2-5 years)
• Fluency in English, with Dutch and French required (one fluent, the other at least good)
