Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Data Scientist. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects within the Marketing and Communication department of the client, focusing on the development and deployment of responsible AI models to optimize campaign reach and relevance for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle diverse business challenges by creating responsible AI models to enhance the impact and relevance of marketing and communication campaigns, under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.
• Capture business needs, assess feasibility, build models and analyses to identify target groups, and set up tests to measure model impact.
• Develop models supporting customer journey-driven marketing campaigns.
• Build data pipelines to clean and structure web analytics data, leveraging LLMs to detect customer intent.
• Apply guidelines and best practices (including explainability) for responsible AI model development, and monitor and deploy models in production using a comprehensive tool stack.
• Present technical concepts as clear, actionable insights to business owners and advise on model usage in campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data science.
• Expertise in Python programming and the Python data science ecosystem (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience in customer journey modeling (e.g., next best action).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experiment design, and machine learning algorithms (traditional and deep learning).
• Proven experience with LLMs for text classification, interpretability, guardrails, and validation of LLM-driven predictions.
• Proficiency with git, bash, and SQL.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with incremental learning and uplift modeling.
• Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling and optimization under constraints.
• Knowledge of SAS and Streamlit.

Education:

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science. Candidates with other academic backgrounds and substantial data science experience are also encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Fluent in Dutch or French (spoken and written).
