Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Data Analyst Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site with the client’s Customer Insights team to collect and analyze client feedback, market information, and financial results. You will be part of a team dedicated to representing the voice of the customer and translating insights into tangible actions.

Responsibilities:

• Start, coordinate, and manage research projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with the team lead and other team members.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in either Dutch or French is required.
• Fluency in English is required.

Education:

• At least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably in market research and/or data analysis.
• Candidates with other academic backgrounds and substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply.

Certification:

• No specific certifications required.

Travel:

• No travel requirements.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in market research or a data analytical function.

Technical Experience (Mandatory):

• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

Business Experience (Mandatory):

• Experience in challenging internal clients to fully understand business needs and translating them into research questions.
• Selecting the best research techniques and target groups, writing survey questionnaires.
• Data analysis (in Excel or SPSS).
• Summarizing survey findings into concrete and actionable recommendations for the business.

Business Experience (Preferable):

• 5 to 10 years of experience on the client side in a market research position or similar role.
