Data Governance Specialist
Job Description:
Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Data Governance Specialist. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, bringing your expertise to diverse client environments and contributing to their data governance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Data Governance stream to define and support the deployment of data product frameworks and guidelines across the organization, collaborating closely with end users, senior management, and the CDO.
- Orchestrate functional guidelines and recommendations on Data Products, considering both business and regulatory requirements.
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of the data management strategy.
- Establish enterprise data governance standards and guidelines (quality, semantics, modelling, regulation frameworks, etc.) on data products to achieve the required level of data quality, integrity, protection, regulation compliance, and data product interoperability, while ensuring a pragmatic approach where needed.
- Translate enterprise data governance standards on data products into policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the overall rollout of data product standards and guidelines.
- Act as a change management ambassador on standards and guidelines, serving as a point of escalation for governance, quality, integrity, protection, interoperability, and data compliance issues.
- Work closely with Business, IT, and data stakeholders to improve the overall value of data products.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical experience (mandatory):
- Data Mesh principles (data products, data product contracts, data product specifications, metadata harvesting, etc.)
- Data Governance principles
- Enterprise Data Management Tools
- Project Management / Planning Tools
- Technical experience (preferable):
- Agile methodology
- Business experience (preferable):
- Financial industry
- Soft skills:

- English: Written and spoken proficiently (mandatory)

- Preferably a degree in IT engineering or computer science
- First successful experience in data domains such as data governance, data quality, data analytics, business intelligence, or data lake
