Mission Overview:

The Process Engineer consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions, with the consultant working on-site at the client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while delivering impactful results in a dynamic client environment.

Mission Context:

The Process Engineer documents a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and technology assets, using multiple models to ensure current and future needs are met efficiently, sustainably, and adaptably. The role brings business needs, capabilities, technology, and process together in an effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement new business (sub)processes within the principles of Business Architecture and strategic objectives.
• Adjust existing processes as needed.
• Continuously improve processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
• Contribute to defining and testing application changes related to process improvements.
• Monitor and assess existing processes using key indicators and customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Conduct analyses and studies on process optimization.
• Liaise and communicate with all stakeholders, including operational teams, to ensure successful implementation.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to standardize implementation, resolve incidents, and support adjustments.
• Ensure compliance of processes and documentation with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection, etc.).

• Identify needs and carry out change management steps to ensure customers and employees master new or changed processes.
• Provide follow-up and user support after implementation of changes.

• Collaborate with Business and IT partners during ideation phases to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs, align with strategy, and achieve efficiency and risk management objectives.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (Squad or Cluster of Squads) to define, build, test, and implement products or services within limited timeframes.
• Help the team deliver stories in planned sprints, going beyond your specific area of expertise.
• Organize work independently, estimating scope and complexity of tasks.
• Commit to work during sprints or trimesters via Agile Ceremonies, including Quarterly Agile Planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
• Languages: Fluent French and English, basic knowledge of Dutch.
• Experience: 6+ years in process engineering or related fields.
• Technical Experience: Good knowledge of process management tools (mandatory).
• Business Experience: Knowledge of business context, process improvement methods, and risk management/control (mandatory). Notions of business architecture, automation (IT and robotization), and data management (preferable).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analysis, structuring, and modeling skills; efficient facilitator and communicator; strong convincing, influencing, and negotiation abilities; creative problem-solving; customer-oriented; team player; fully endorses Scrum values (focus, openness, commitment, respect, courage), knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and value addition.
