Mission Overview:

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Hospitality Steward within the retail banking sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and professionalism to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and logistics support on site.
• Welcome and receive clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide clients to their appointments and ensure smooth reception processes.
• Maintain regular phone contact with clients as required.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in finance and banking products.

Requirements:

• Native proficiency in Dutch, good command of French, and English is considered a plus.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• 0 years of relevant experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity.
• Good expertise in MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools is mandatory.
• Experience with Easy Banking Web and Easy Banking App is preferable.
• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently, stress resistant, flexible, and a problem-solver.
• Accuracy, precision, and a quality-minded approach are essential.
• 100% on-site presence is required for this consultancy mission.
