Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects within the Affluent & Private Banking sector, supporting transversal initiatives in risk and compliance domains. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our core values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the construction of trainings, including fiscal specificities for foreign clients, transactional control projects, and audit actions for responsible remote selling.
• Support transversal projects and initiatives within the risk and compliance domains as part of the COO office for affluent & private banking.
• Manage diverse projects, from developing training for foreign customers to simplifying remote selling processes.
• Act as both business analyst and project manager, setting up governance and meeting structures as required.
• Apply project management methodologies to gather all necessary information and create coherent training packages.
• Ensure co-creation and participation of all stakeholders, driving consensus-driven action plans and maintaining close contact with all involved parties.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience in project management methods, processes, and tools is mandatory.
• Background in finance and risk is mandatory.
• Master or Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Dutch and French (native or fluent); English is a plus.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, methodical, and rigorous approach to work.
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Team player with motivating and listening abilities.
• 50% on-site and 50% homeworking arrangement.
