Within the client’s Customers Tribe, the mission is to ensure the organization knows its customers and can interact with them accordingly. The client’s teams focus on providing access to correct and up-to-date customer data, enabling capabilities to optimally manage each phase of the customer lifecycle (including Financial Security), and facilitating customer relationship-related interactions. Each capability consists of tools and processes that together ensure management of overarching customer and employee journeys in an end-to-end manner. This supports the personalized character of customer interactions and contributes significantly to the client’s purpose to be a trusted financial partner.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst Marketing Automation (Adobe Campaign) to join as a Keystone Solutions consultant and embed within the client’s Customers Tribe.
Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:
- As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate on site at the client’s location and remotely (aligned to the client’s expectation of approximately 50% on-site and 50% homeworking), fully embedded in their ways of working while employed and supported by Keystone Solutions.
- You will execute all responsibilities under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy framework, collaborating daily with client stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Engagements are mission-based with clear scope, milestones, and quality standards, backed by Keystone’s expert community for peer support, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibility: Serves as the functional expert for Adobe Campaign, driving the analysis, design, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and data integrations. Ensures seamless alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and regulatory compliance within the Adobe Campaign ecosystem. All responsibilities are executed as a Keystone Solutions consultant working closely with the client.
Key Accountabilities:

Adobe Campaign Requirements & Solution Design
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements specifically for Adobe Campaign, including:
- Campaign workflows (targeting, segmentation, scheduling).
- Dynamic content personalization (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Data model and schema extensions (custom fields, linked tables).
- Integration with CRM/other systems (e.g., Salesforce, APIs, webhooks).
- Translate marketing strategies (e.g., lead nurturing, customer retention, mandatory communications) into technical specifications for Adobe Campaign, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Define use cases, user stories, and process flows tailored to Adobe Campaign’s capabilities (e.g., transactional messaging, fatigue management, A/B testing).
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements specifically for Adobe Campaign, including:

Workflow & Campaign Optimization
- Design, configure, and optimize Adobe Campaign workflows for performance, efficiency, and error handling (e.g., query activities, enrichment, deduplication).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (delivery rates, open/click-through rates, conversions) and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in collaboration with Adobe Campaign administrators and IT teams.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance within Adobe Campaign, particularly for regulated communications (e.g., opt-in/opt-out management, GDPR/financial services requirements).
- Define data mapping and synchronization rules between Adobe Campaign and other systems (e.g., CRM, DMP, analytics tools).
- Document audit trails and approval processes for mandatory or high-risk campaigns.

- Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams, IT, and Adobe Campaign administrators, clarifying requirements and feasibility.
