Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Enrich the Portfolio Management technical framework (including data sourcing & storage, workflow, exploration, and reporting facilities) to support regular prioritization of the CTB portfolio and tracking of operational delivery impact. This involves connecting executive intent and desired outcomes with operational delivery, securing strategic must-win battles, minimizing risk by maintaining regulatory, security, and fraud management standards, and eliminating waste through dynamic reprioritization and arbitration (Yearly + Quarterly).
• Work in close collaboration with the Portfolio Management team and key stakeholders, including the Head of Transformation Office, portfolio execution teams, beneficiaries (Segments & Functions), Finance, and IT/Data partners.
• Take charge of requirements collection, technical framework design, implementation roadmap, and change plans.

Requirements:

• At least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in data management, Datawarehouse/BI solutions design and implementation.
• Past experience in managing large programs.
• Full autonomy in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Understanding of Microsoft automation capabilities (Copilot/Power/BI) is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of the banking/financial services sector.
• Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) and demonstrate strategic thinking.
• Experience working at ExCo N-1 and senior management level.
• Team spirit and ability to work in co-creation, collaborative mode.
• Management skills and the ability to motivate people.
• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
• Structured approach and result-driven.
• Master’s degree in Management and/or Technical field.
• Database & project management certification is preferred.
• Language requirements: Proficient in Dutch and French (speaking or solid understanding), fluent in English.
