Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a leading financial institution, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Project Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed on-site at the client to deliver high-impact results while benefiting from the support and values of our dynamic consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives, working under the consultancy model of Keystone Solutions.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring the most efficient use of resources and satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Work within an Agile Tribe, reporting to the IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment focused on delivery, security, and collaboration.
• Coordinate and oversee deliveries across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with IT Tribe leads.
• Ensure commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget in collaboration with technical teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to project progress.
• Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with various teams and ensure effective communication and reporting.
• Communicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead.
• Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
• Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a complex Agile environment.
• Experience in the finance or banking sector is a plus.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
• Good knowledge of IT governance, systems, infrastructures, and main frameworks.
• Preferable: Experience with finance or banking back-end systems and document management solutions.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Experience in the finance or banking sector.

• Dutch: is a plus
• French: fluent

Education and Certification:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge is a plus.

Work Location and Telework:

• Based in Brussels, with an expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
